Since 1996 SRJ Construction Corporation has been delivering professional quality construction and home rehabilitation work and management services in the state of Florida on budget and on time.
Over the past two decades, we have completed hundreds of construction projects for various municipalities such as the City of Lauderhill, the City of Deerfield Beach, the City of Lauderdale Lakes, the City of Margate, the City of Coral Springs, the City of Boca Raton, the city of Fort Lauderdale, and Broward County.
SRJ Construction Corp. is a full service state certified general contracting and roofing company serving Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties. We specialize in residential rehabilitation projects for State Housing Initiative Partnership (S.H.I.P), Community Development Block Grant (C.D.B.G), Community Redevelopment Associates Inc. (C.R.A), Broward Alliance for Neighborhood Development (B.A.N.D) and the Minority Builders Coalition. In addition, we offer tenant improvement construction service to our commercial clients. Our management and staff have extensive experience in government residential rehabilitation projects, construction of new homes and commercial structures.
Through our construction management expertise, we assist municipal governments in the planning, implementation and supervision of construction projects. For five years we have served the city of Boca Raton as Housing Consultant. We have revised and implemented the city’s specification manual, coordinated contractor’s bids, contract signing, written construction specification and performed job inspections.

We have successfully completed several institutional construction projects for the North Broward Hospital District, the Miami International Airport, the Florida Department of Transportation, Uni transfer USA, Broward College, Delice Paradise Restaurant in Coral Springs and the South Florida Water Management District, to name a few.
